Motion graphics to explain the history of a unique sport
Produced for Insider’s popular web mini-doc series “Still Standing,” I created motion graphics montage sequences explaining the history of lacrosse for an episode that looked at one of the last makers of traditional wooden lacrosse sticks. Using just paintings, etchings, and a few historical photos, the montage serves to illustrate the rich history of the game, and provide a visual every bit as compelling as the footage that makes up the rest of this fascinating and surprisingly poignant short-form doc.
