An animated PSA promoting a simple but powerful idea

This public service announcement (PSA) was commissioned by the Volunteer Firefighter Alliance to promote their “thank you card” campaign. The campaign hinges on a very simple but very powerful idea: that a small expression of gratitude can make a tough job a lot easier.
